Exc(-)  condition. Small area of "button" marks on back of guitar, and some marks on top - these do not break the finish... just areas of small lacquer compression marks. When looking straight at the guitar these marks are not evident. Very slight evidence of fret wear.

     Choice Mahogany back, sides and neck. Nice grade of Sitka Spruce top. Ebony fingerboard and bridge. Vintage style open back tuners. Advanced scalloped bracing.

     This is a fine flatpicking guitar. Action is nice... and as an added bonus, we've just installed a new bone saddle in the bridge to replace the plastic one Martin installs at the factory.
