     The Alvarez pickup system is quite good. Control panel has volume slider and two tone sliders. There is also a built-in electronic tuner that works really well. It even works without being plugged in... you just push a button to turn on the tuner, tune the instrument, then turn it off.
     This guitar is in very nice condition, with no problems and no repairs.

     Exc(++) Condition. There is one very small ding on the lower side of the guitar. No fret wear, no other marks.
     Sitka Spruce top, Mahogany back sides and neck. Top and back are bound with tortoise shell with multiple bindings on the top. Radiused Ebony fretboard with graduated Abalone dot inlays.      Very nice sound for a guitar in this price range. Plays great and looks new.

     "As New" condition. This is a very nice instrument that has great sound and is in great original condition.
     Beautiful Mahogany back and sides, with a highly figured Mahogany neck. Solid Sitka Spruce top with lots of side ray "silk". Breedlove logo pearl inlay in peghead, small tasteful pearl dots in fingerboard, with extra flourish of pearl inly at 12th fret. Not sure of the tuner brand, but they work very well.
     Rounded Cutaway. Abalone soundhole rosette.
     Comes with great pickup system. LR Baggs "Stage Pro" Element, that not only has 3-band eq, master volume, and notch filter, but also an on-board tuner.
     This is a fine bass. It is in great original condition and plays and sounds great. The timbre from even the lower strings has a great growl. This latest series of the BJ-350 has been "re-adjusted" to be not only significantly lighter, but also much more resonant, and this shows in the great sound.

     Exc(+) condition. This guitar is in great shape, but does have light marks here and there. No appreciable fret wear, no bangs, no repairs.

     This is a very good handmade guitar. The woods are high-grade, the aesthetics are pleasing, the craftsmanship is very high, and best of all, the performance and delivery of good solid tone are very nice. I am very serious in saying that we delayed listing this guitar for a week or two because I was trying to figure out a way for my wife to let me keep it...
     Mr. Lynch has told us that he may be retiring due to health. The last few of these Lynch Mahogany Dreadnauts were sold to customers by Mr Lynch for $2400. This one is pretty clean and has great sound... for lots less.

     Exc. Condition (Professional Refinish.) Top playing condition, with no issues, nothing needed. Guitar refinished some time ago by a professional. It appears to be a beautiful, hand-rubbed finish. All-original parts.

    Ash body with see-through blonde finish. Maple neck with radiused fingerboard and black dot inlays. B/W/B pickguard. Two single coil pickups with 3-way switch and master volume and tone knobs. "Fender 60th anniversary" commemorative neck plate.
     Nice tele reissue, it has the same great look and feel as the 1951 originals. Sounds great, plays great.

     Exc. Condition. Only slight evidence of player wear on frets only. The body just has a couple of small touch marks and that's it. No cracks, no repairs.

     1 3/4" width at nut. 28" scale length. Multiple bound Maple heel cap with strap button installed. Multiple bound Maple end wedge. Wooden marquetry back strip along center of back. Ebony armrest installed along edge of bass side of lower bout.
     Beautiful tone. Excellent depth, but even more importantly, excellent balance.

     Exc(-) refinished condition. Maple back and sides, Spruce top, Mahogany neck. Recent fret job and fingerboard milled. Body refinished blonde... neck appears to have original finish.
     Body bound with cream bindings on top and back. Inside f-holes are painted white. Tailpiece, bridge and tuners are original. Non-original pickguard installed with floating D'Armand pickup at neck position, as well as old clear lucite tone and volume knobs in pickguard. This pick-up and pickguard arrangement is also wired into the endpin jack with an in-line jack for easy removal of entire pickguard/pick-up.
     Our local musician friend, John Rosett, remarks that it has a bright acoustic sound that "cuts", and an excellent full and warm sound when plugged in. This guitar is in fine playing condition.

     Exc(+) condition. No problems, no repairs. Minimal signs of playing on frets. Some slight lines of finish checks on the top and slight wear on back of neck.
     Indian Rosewood back and sides. Mahogany neck. Select Sitka Spruce top. Ebony fingerboard and bridge. Guild logo and crown inlaid in headstock. Medium pearl dots inlaid in fingerboard. Body has excellent bindings - 7-ply around top edge, 5-ply around back edge. Cream heelcap. Wooden marquetry back strip along center of back and endpin area.      This is a great guitar. It is in real nice condition and also plays great and sounds great. Lots of presence. The case is a nice Gibson hardshell from the late '70's or early '80's.

     Excellent condition. Really great shape except for a few lines of finish checking. There is one dent in the neck, but in a position where it won't be felt.

     This is a fine guitar in really good shape. It is set up well and plays great.

     VG(+) Condition. The "G" designates the guitar is a "Jumbo Dreadnaut" guitar... It is shaped like a Dreadnaut, but 1 1/8" wider and about 1" longer than a standard Guild D size. The scale length is 26.4"
     One well-repaired top crack. A few knicks here and there, normal finish cracking. Player wear through finish on the Spruce top, above and below pickguard and around soundhole area. Back and sides have routine checks and dings. There is a little fret wear and a couple of marks on the back of the neck.
     Sitka Spruce top. Mahogany back, sides and neck. Top is multiple bound, back has single binding. Radiused Rosewood fretboard with Pearl dot inlays. Nickel Guild tuners made by Schaller.
     The guitar is all set-up and ready to play. No problems. Very good sound.

     Exc(+) condition. Body size is smaller than a Gibson J-200, but does have similar depth. Very nicely taken care of through the years. Just has polite finish checking and light evidence of handling. The worst mark on the guitar is a chip in the top of peghead above G-tuner. Even the frets are in very nice condition.
     Rosewood back and sides. The Rosewood appears to me to be Cambodian Rosewood, instead of Indian Rosewood, as the wood has a chocolate-brown hue instead of the purplish hues of Indian Rosewood.
     Very high grade select Spruce top. Ebony blank fingerboard. Brazilian Rosewood peghead overlay. Rosewood bridge. Bone nut and saddle. Wooden Maple body bindings with wooden half-herringbone purfling around inside of top edge. Herringbone soundhole rosette. Nickel Schaller tuners. Rosewood heelcap.      This is a great guitar. The attack is quick and sure, with great tonal expression and depth right away. Works as well with bare fingers as it does with a pick. You and I both know that this guitar should be priced around $3000 or more in today's market. But Gurian guitars have always been a "sleeper" in the used and vintage market. Gurian made too few guitars (around 2000 or so), to be a household name. Usually the people who know them were active buying and playing guitars in the 1970's when these were being made and were aware of them.
     This guitar is set-up very well and plays great. It has a very nice mature sound that is balance well, it is very "open" sounding, and has good presence.

     Exc(++) condition. There is one little ding on the top of the guitar, and light button scratches on the back. Otherwise the guitar is in perfect shape. No fret wear!
     12-fret, slotted headstock. Nice Englemann Spruce top. Indian Rosewood back and sides and Mahogany neck. Top, back and neck are multiple bound, with Indian Rosewood outer binding. Herringbone soundhole rosette and center seam in back. Ebony fingerboard with pearl diamond inlays on 3rd, 5th and 7th frets. Slotted headstock with Indian Rosewood peghead veneer. Nickel Waverly tuners with Ivoroid buttons. 24.9" scale length. 1 3/4" width at nut. 2 5/16" spacing at bridge pins.
     This is a very fine sounding guitar in great shape. It is very lively and resonates in your hands as you play it.

     Excellent condition. This is a very well made Flamenco guitar by Jose' De La Mora in Los Angeles, in 1960. Cypress guitar with Spruce top. Multiple wood bindings on top, back and sides of body. Original Ebony bridge with Ivory at top rear of bridge and Ivory saddle. Original Ivory nut.
     Guitar shows moderate evidence of prior playing wear, but has no problems. One old back crack repaired professionally. Ebony fingerboard. Original tuners in good shape. Frets have been milled but not properly dressed and polished at this time.
     The sound is quite good... great balance, great attack and lots of expression.

     Exc. Condition. The top, back and sides all have a few minor dings but are in good shape overall. There is some very light fret wear on a couple of frets.
     "Mini-jumbo" body. Select Spruce top, Indian Rosewood back and sides. Top and back are multiple bound. Herringbone center seam inaly in the back. Beautiful wood soundhole rosette.      Plays nice and sounds good with a huge bottom end. The guitar has a wonderful "smooth" sound, with good balance and "sure" attack. Nice set-up. Comes with professional active acoustic pickup installed.

     Exc(+) condition. 12-fret neck joint, slotted headstock. There are only some light touch-marks and slight signs of prior use. No repairs or problems.
     Quarter-sawn Rosewood back and sides with a beautiful red/brown color. Mahogany neck. Ebony fingerboard with small cut diamond inlays. Ebony peghead overlay. Fully multiple Ivoroid bindings throughout - top, back, fingerboard and headstock are all multiple bound. Top edge has wooden herringbone purfling.
     High grade Sitka Spruce top. Small tortoise pickguard. Nickel Waverly tuners. 1 3/4" width at nut. 25.4" scale length. Vintage "Vee" neck profile. Traditional diamond volute.
     This is an outstanding guitar for tone and playability. Very "wide open" and developed, with fast, sure attack and wonderful tonal depth and color.

     Exc(+) Condition. This is a great baritone guitar in pristine condition. There is one small ding on the back. No fret wear or other marks.
     Solid Spruce top, Mahogany neck, back, sides and peghead overlay. Rosewood fretboard. Nickel "Tacoma" tuners. Rosewood bridge with Abalone pins.
     Aside from the fact that it is a baritone, this guitar has other unique features such as an offset soundhole in the upper shoulder, a transparent pickguard and unique bridge design. The sound is great. The tone is rich, deep and full, and adds a unique flavor to any tune. The accepted tuning on a baritone guitar is BEADF#B, and is played like a guitar in standard tuning. This is a perfect guitar for anyone wishing to step outside the box and find a new sound.

     Exc(+) condition. Very light player wear on the guitar. A few stray pick scratches, miniscule fret wear and one or two dings on the sides are all that keep this guitar from being in "new" condition.

     This is a good guitar, it has a nice sound and easy playability in an affordable price range.

     Exc (+) Condition. The only sign of this guitar being used at all is a little fret wear. There is not a ding or dent in the body.
     Spruce top, Rosewood back and sides. Maple center piece in back with Herringbone binding. Mahogany neck and Ebony fingerboard with Abalone "snowflake" inlays. Top and back of body are multiple bound with Herringbone binding on top and around peghead. Soundhole Rosette multiple bound with Abalone.
     This is a very solid guitar. It has great tone, touch and appearance.

     Exc(-) Condition. The top, back and sides all show several minor touches, but nothing significant. The most significant wear is just normal regular finger wear around the soundhole and the neck shows finish worn off on the back, and one divet on the second fret. Back has one small area of "button marks" near waist on bass side.
     Sitka Spruce top. Mahogany back, sides and neck. Top is multiple bound, back is single bound. Radiused Rosewood fretboard with Pearl dot inlays. Pinless Rosewood bridge. Nickel Grover tuners. Pinless bridge.
     Warm, bright sound. Nice and easy to play. This was a gig guitar for a local blues player who mainly plays electric. He used and enjoyed it on stage, but it remains in great shape.

     Excellent condition. This is the 826th Taylor Guitar... made in the Lemon Grove, CA shop. A few light dings on guitar top and sides, and on back of neck. Some finish worn on back of neck. There are a few light lines of finish checking, but they are not glaringly obvious.
     Amazon Mahogany back, sides and neck. Spruce top appears to be bearclaw Adirondack Red Spruce, but not sure about species. Rosewood fingerboard and bridge. Old style tortoise pickguard with initials "S W" inlaid in pearl. Rosewood peghead overlay. Original Grover rotomatic tuners. Bone nut and composition saddle. Endpin professionally installed on side of neck heel. Previously, there was a strap button installed in center of heelcap, but it has been professionally filled-in to be almost invisible.
     This guitar is a very good sounding guitar, with lots of warm, woody tone and with a quick attack.  Its one of the finest Taylor's we've ever heard.
     * If you are worried about the pickguard having someone else's initials inlaid in it, we'd be happy to professionally install a new correct pickguard with no initials, for a reasonable fee...

     VG(+) Condition. Some lacquer wear and checking and a couple of knicks and dings. Back and sides have normal markings, and one area where a few spots have been worn through the finish on the side and back. There are a couple of marks on the neck, and a little bit of fret wear on the fingerboard.
     Spruce top with multiple bindings. Nice Rosewood back and sides with double binding on the back. Mahogany neck with Ebony fretboard and pearl dot inlays. Rosewood peghead overlay with Taylor logo inlaid in pearl. Ebony bridge and pins. Strap button installed in correct position on heel. Nickel Schaller tuners.
     Very good sound, and very easy playability. The tone is very mature and big. This guitar is strong enough to be a very good bluegrass flatpicking guitar.

     Exc(+) Condition. The only sign of this guitar being used is a moderate amount of fret wear. Other than that, the guitar is in perfect condition.
     Sitka Spruce top, Indian Rosewood back and sides. Top has multiple bindings. Back, neck and peghead are single bound. Mahogany neck, Radiused Ebony fingerboard with elaborate Pearl inlays. Gold Taylor tuners, Abalone soundhole rosette. Strap button installed in correct position on the heel.
     This is a really strong guitar. Has great low and high end and is set up to play.

     Near Mint. No sign of previous ownership except strap button correctly installed in side of neck heel.
     Most of these 814CE models are made with Indian Rosewood, some with Walnut, and some in Brazilian Rosewood or Coco Bolo. This one has strikingly beautiful 3-pc Coco Bolo back and Coco Bolo sides. Select Sitka Spruce top. Ebony fingerboard and bridge. Gold Grover Rotomatic tuners. Multiple wood bindings around top edge, with solid wood outer bindings around top and back edges, fingerboard and peghead. I am not sure of the exact species of wood used in the outer bindings, but I can say that it is very highly "flamed" and just has a very nice look to it.
     Abalone soundhole rosette with multiple wood outside the abalone. Stylized diamond inlays in fingerboard.
     I have long been a fan of Coco Bolo guitars in general, and this guitar reinforces that opinion. This is a truly great guitar. It has a very big voice with lots of tonal expression and power. No kidding... anyone who enjoys a great sounding, lively, powerful guitar will have a fine time with this one. It flatpicks well, but fingerpicks like a dream, with a quick, sure attack on all strings.

     Exc.(+) Condition. There are a few stray lines of lacquer checking on the top, and a ding on the top of the peghead where it was knocked against something. There are no other marks, dings or fret wear.
     Nice, tight-grained Spruce top. Beautiful Flamed Maple back and sides. Figured Bird's Eye Maple neck. Top has multiple wooden bindings with Abalone purfling around the soundhole rossette. The back and fretboard also have multiple wood bindings. Radiused Ebony fretboard with elaborate Pearl and Abalone inlays. Gold Schaller tuners. Mahogany peghead veneer with Pearl and Abalone inlays and Taylor logo. Has the original Taylor pickup system installed as well as a strap button in the heel.
     This is a hard to find, early Taylor 12-string that was built using top-grade woods before Taylor started producing guitars at such a high rate. It is set up to play great and the sound is very good. The tone is more mature than most 12-strings, it sounds less jangly and has more rich undertones and resonance.

     Nearly new condition. Comes with No player marks or wear at all. This guitar was bought in a trade with a Taylor dealer, with the idea in mind to bring it to us to sell. The customer did have a strap button correctly installed on the heel, but the guitar is essentially unplayed.
     Ovankol wood back and sides. Select Sitka Spruce top. Multiple binding around top edge of guitar, single binding on back edge and along fingerboard. Ebony fingerboard and bridge. Small dot inlays in fingerboard.
     Guitar comes with factory-installed latest generation Taylor "Expression System" pickup. The pickup works great.
     Everything about this guitar is nice - the condition is great, the playability is great and it has a very good dreadnaut sound.

     Exc(++) condition. The only sign of previous ownership is a little fret wear on the B and E strings. Otherwise the guitar is in new condition.

     This is one of the best sounding guitars we've seen from Taylor. The sound is great, exceptional for a guitar at this price. Well set-up, and beautifully taken care of.

     Exc(+) condition. Only the barest signs of previous owner wear - top of peghead has small chip in lacquer and there is some very light finger wear between bridge and soundhole under strings.

     This is a very nice guitar. Wonderful set-up and wonderful tone, with power and nuance. It is a fine finger-picker and would make a great studio guitar.
