Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days from when the order is received. (Monday – Friday)  Sometimes orders are unavoidably delayed. If there is a delay in your order we will notify you via email.

 

Most orders are shipped via US priority mail, which on average takes 2-3 days. The standard charge for an order via priority mail is $6.50, orders over $50.00 and heavy orders will cost more to ship. Small orders of picks and strings etc. are shipped via first class mail; this can sometimes take 7-10 days. The standard charge for first class orders is $3.25

Heavy or bulky orders are often shipped via FedEx ground; these can take up to 6 business days to be received once shipped.

 

 

We try to contact all customers within 2 business days if there is a problem with their order. Please leave an email address or phone # so we can contact you about problems with your order.

We don’t sell any of our customer’s information.

Here at the House of Fine instruments we try to keep a large inventory on hand to avoid backorders. If an item from your order is going to be placed on backorder we will contact you within 2 business days about the backorder.  We don’t charge your credit card for the backordered item until it is in stock and we don’t charge additional shipping to send the backordered item out to you.

 

If  for some reason an items does not meet your expectations or is the wrong size etc, please contact us we are reasonable people, and we can work something out with you.
