This is a very nice F-4. It has Flamed Maple back and sides, beautiful original finish and all original parts.
Handsome burgundy sunburst the F-4’s are famous for. Highly figured Maple back and sides. Double flowerpot inlay below The Gibson script logo inlay in Ebony peghead veneer. Ivoroid bindings around entire instrument. Original tuners with Handel inlaid tuner buttons, original bridge, pickguard, tailpiece and case.
This mandolin is set up to play and has that cool “old wood” oval hole sound…
