Description

VG(+) condition. Serial number 15711.
17-fret archtop tenor banjo. Orpheum #1.

Multi-laminate woods highlight the blonde Maple against the Ebony peghead overlay, flat fingerboard, and heel cap. Pretty elaborate inlays of abalone in the peghead and fingerboard. Ebony stringers along the middle of back of neck and dowel stick. Lots of birdseye figure in the Maple rim. Newer two-band tuners

This in very good shape for playing. Neck, frets, pot, and even the dowel stick hardware all original. Newer OME tailpiece. Repaired tension hoop. Piece of Ebony binding missing at end of fingerboard (last three frets on treble side).

Comes with original hard case. Setup with nice low action and Greg says the neck is in great shape. Banjo plays and sounds fine.
