This vintage 1950’s Gibson ES-125 is a wonderful guitar with good sound and a great look.

Blackened peghead veneer shows some divots around tuner posts, where tuners were changed at some point and then changed back to original style Klusons. Gold Gibson decal logo at top with original truss rod cover and screws at top. Newer professional bone nut. Newer excellent frets in perfect condition showing no wear. Fingerboard is Brazilian Rosewood and was carefully planed at the the time of fretting, and only shows traces of earlier wear. Cream sidedots for position markers on side of fingerboard. Original P-90 pickup. Original Rosewood bridge and pickguard. Diamond trapeze tailpiece. Original gold speed knobs for volume and tone. Maple back and sides with Mahogany neck. Beautiful tobacco sunburst finish, all original. Strap button installed on back of heel. Guitar shoulders show signs of earlier crack repair on both sides of neck heel, seemingly without the heel being involved in the great. This was very well-repaired.

Comes with hard case.
