This is 1950s Gibson LG-1 is a nice find. It has the original Kluson DeLuxe tuners with original buttons intact. Seems to be original Brazilian Rosewood bridge, although hard to tell if it was replaced professionally at some point. Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays. Cream colored binding around top and back edge. Nice dark tortoise pickguard. This is a wonderful example of a sought-after 1950s-era pickguard. Beautiful Cuban Mahogany back and sides, and neck. Rare flame figure on the Spruce top can be seen. Nice newer bone saddle. Original nut. Newer white endpin. No strap button on heel. Original truss rod cover and screws.

This guitar has a fair amount of stray dings and pick marks, picking wear. Frets are in great condition. These are the original frets and are small width. Any fret problems have been milled out and this guitar is in fine playing condition.

Comes with hard case.
