Ivoroid multiple bindings. Decorative wooden marquetry back strip. Pat. Pend. Grover Rotomatic tuners. Fossilized nut and saddle. Multiple ivoroid end wedge, ivoroid heelcap. Diamond volute in back of PH. One tiny back crack repaired. Neck heel has been broken and repaired professionally… You don’t notice the repair until it is pointed out.
This is a very good punchy D-28. The sound is NOT thick or mushy… You can really hear that it has a higher grade top than the “usual” Sitka tops.
