This 1973 Martin D 12-20 is a pretty nice 12-string guitar. Recently all set-up, with recent neck-straightening by compression fretting, nut and saddle adjustments, etc.
The tone is very good and very balanced, with a good strong bottom end and clear singing highs. The action is just over 3/32″ on low E-string at 12th fret and just at 3/32″ at high E string. Brazilian Rosewood peghead overlay, fingerboard and bridge. Bridge has been shaved a bit, but is in great shape.

Sloped shoulder Mahogany 12-string guitar with 12-fret neck joint and slotted headstock.
Mahogany back, sides and neck with Sitka Spruce top. Rosewood peghead overlay has CFMartin & Co decal at top. The nut appears to be original (ivory?). It is in service, but with some age cracks. Rosewood fingerboard has graduated pearl dot inlays.

Very nice Sitka Spruce top with normal light finish crazing and a few dings here and there. One outer pickguard crack repaired. Original black pickguard. Bridge has been shaved slightly lower, but the job was professionally done, with no interruption of original profile shape. Boxed saddle with ~7/64″ saddle height.
Top has parallel cracks repaired, one on either side of fingerboard extension
Body bound with multiple black bindings. Top edge shows black outer binding with wh/blk/wh/blk purflings. Back edge show the black outer bindings and single white accent line. Rosewood heel cap. End wedge is black with white borders.
Early Fishman thinline pickup professionally installed.

Mahogany sides and back are in nice condition with usual handling bumps and dings here and there.
