Rosewood back and sides. Mahogany 1-pc. neck. High grade Sitka Spruce top. Ebony appointments. Peghead squared at top. Ebony peghead overlay has SCGC pearl inlay at top. Radiused Gabon Ebony fingerboard has small pearl dot inlays and black side dots in the Ivoriod binding. Ebony bridge with countersunk Ebony pins. Compensated bone saddle and bone nut. Entire guitar bound with ivoroid bindings, with single ply around fingerboard and peghead. Multiple ivoroid bindings around top and back of the guitar and heelcap with several ply wood purflings inside top edge. Multiple purfling soundhole rosette. Colorful wood marquetry backstrip and endstrip. Nickel Schaller tuners.
There is a delightful tone and very wide open and balanced sound to this guitar. The condition is fabulous, it is hard to find anything wrong with this guitar.
