This Prucha GuibJo is in exceptional original condition, with only the gentlest handling and essentially no player wear. This instrument is a basically a solid body electric guitar/banjo with the top half in Maple and the back in Mahogany. Highly figured Maple neck. The finish and woods on this instrument work together beautifully.

Distinctive Prucha peghead shape, with almost straight string pull. Ebony peghead veneer with JPrucha pearl logo. Truss rod access just above nut in peghead. Bone nut. Rosewood compound radius fingerboard with black binding and small dot ivoroid inlay markers. Ivoroid side dots. Fingerboard has railroad spikes installed for capo at A, Bb, B, and C positions. Full access to 22nd fret with the double cutaway.

Two humbucking pickups designed and built for this banjo, with beautiful Rosewood pickup covers. Three-way switch. Wooden backplate for controls. Separate three-way coil-tap switch for each pickup. One master tone and one master volume knob. Strat-style 5-saddle intonatable tailpiece, gold base with nickel saddles. String-through construction with gold ferrules in the back. Mahogany back is seductively attractive to look at, with high chatoyance. Four-bolt gold backplate with Prucha engraved.

Appears to be Grover Rotomatic tuners with Schaller fifth.

Comes with original hard case.
