This 2010 Kevin Kopp Trail Boss is a commanding guitar in any scenario. Similar in size to the classic Gibson J-200’s, but much more hand-built and more thoughtfully designed, with the long scale applied to 12-fret neck joint, pushing the bridge further away from the soundhole, to yield very good tone with rich overtones.

Spruce top with 5-ply binding. Beautiful sunburst finish with great character of wood grain showing. Straight Rosewood bridge with boxed, intonated bone saddle. Mahogany back, sides and neck with 3-ply binding. Radiused Ebony fretboard with Pearl dot inlays. Single binding on neck and peghead. Peghead has Kopp logo inlaid in Pearl. Nickel Waverly open-back tuners with three-lobed buttons. Strap button installed in correct position in heel. Fire stripe pickguard.

This guitar is in such great condition, with no signs of player wear. Original frets have never been milled and do not show any string contact. It would be hard to find a guitar that has more huge presence, or a better overtone series with the Low A and Low E strings.

Comes with original hard case.
