This 2016 Mowry Octave Mandolin is quite nice. Spruce top with tobacco sunburst varnish finish. Nicely figured Maple back, sides and neck.
The top, back and sides of body have dark outer bindings, with white/black binding. Top and sides of peghead have white/black binding. Radiused Ebony fretboard with Pearl dot inlays. Ebony peghead overlay with Phoenix inlay, and Mowry logo inlaid in truss rod cover. Ebony pickguard. Gold hardware.
