c. 1900 Bohmann Guitar – SOLD

Description

This is a very nice parlor guitar from around the “turn of the century” (or c.1900 for those of you who are younger than me).
Joseph Bohmann was a successful and respected Luthier who made batches of quality instruments. His violins usually sell quickly because of their sound power for relatively low prices.
It is rare for us to see his guitars.

This guitar is quite nice. It is headed to the luthier shop for a neck reset and set-up.
Beautiful Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, Select Spruce top, Mahogany neck and Ebony fingerboard and bridge.

There is only one small crack  to repair in the Spruce top, and neck angle to reset.
Currently in shop for neck reset and set-up.
