This ODE “UTE” open-back banjo has a Mahogany neck, Maple rim, and a nice hardwood fingerboard. The Rosewood peghead overlay on the stylized Mahogany peghead has a Buffalo Nickel inlayed in the center. Nickel Gotoh tuners with black buttons. Bone nut. The flat fingerboard has pearl dot inlays and small side dot position markers. The last five frets are beveled under the 5th string area to allow for good claw hammer playing leaving the rest of the fret able to be fretted. Ebony heelcap. All hardware is antiqued. 26 brackets. Dowel stick construction. Wooden hand fit armrest. No-knot tailpiece. Dotson bridge and renaissance head. Comes with a gig bag.
