This is a proven mandolin. Owned and used by a local top player for years, this 2012 Weber Bitterroot F is a handsome mandolin. Amber color with matte lacquer finish. Traditionally built, with figured Maple back, sides and neck. The top looks like flame-figure Cedar… but it could be Spruce. Ebony peghead overlay has Weber script logo pearl inlay at top and Celtic knot pearl inlay in center. Ebony truss-rod cover. Bone nut. Ebony radiused fingerboard with stylized diamond pearl inlays. Fingerboard bound with Ebony. Top of body bound with grained Ivoroid. Tailpiece is original Weber 1-pc cast T.P. Nickel Schaller tuners with pearloid tuner buttons.

This mandolin has nice frets, as the player maintained them regularly. It is set-up well and sounds very good. There are too small repairs to f-hole areas, neither is of any real consequence.
Comes with original Hard Case.
