Description
This Yamaha AC3R Acoustic/Electric guitar is a good sounding affordable instrument in good playing condition. It has a bearclaw Spruce top, Rosewood back and sides, and a nice “C” profile Mahogany neck.
The Rosewood peghead overlay features a “Yamaha” decal at the top. Nickel tuners. The Rosewood fingerboard has small pearloid dot inlays, and white side dot position markers on the bass side of the fingerboard. The “C” profile Mahogany neck is in great shape with only a couple light dings. Nickel strap button installed in the correct position on the heel.
The Spruce top has a lot of nice bearclaw figure with some spread out dings and scratches. Interesting shaped Ebony bridge and tortoise pickguard. Six lines of purfling before the wooden binding on the top edge of the Spruce top. Black bridge pins with white dots. Two-piece Rosewood back is separated by a thin strip of Mahogany. The back and sides show most of the player wear on this instrument, with a good amount of dings and scratches.
