Description
This is a nicely built Oskar C. Meinel 4/4 Violin from 1965. It shows some slight signs of prior playing, but hardly any. There are no problems and no repairs.
Traditionally built of figured Maple back, sides and neck with Excellent Spruce top. Ebony fittings except the black anodized metal tailpiece with 4 fine tuners.
The Scroll is very lovely. The color is a vibrant gradation of red-amber color tones.
This fine violin is set up well, plays nice and sounds very good.
