This guitar is labelled as an Epiphone Sorrento e452TD, which is indicative of a thin body and two pickups. However, this guitar does not have a thin body and is rare, having only one pickup. The guitar may be an experimental trial design or could be an inadvertent mistake from the factory. At any rate it is a good playing guitar that sounds fine and plays great.

The peghead was previously cracked, but has been repaired very well, preserving the original Epiphone inlay. There was care taken to protect the face of the peghead during the repair but no cosmetic work has been done at the break itself.

Great playing, great sounding guitar.
The case is a very nice vintage hardshell case with everything working well. Looks like a Geib or Lifton. It is possibly the original case, although the case looks more like 1930’s or 1940’s origins.
