This 2021 Kamaka HF-3 DC is in great condition. It does not look to have ever really been played. We can only find a single player mark on the heel that signifies this is a pre-owned instrument. It can only be seen when the light hits it a certain way, and even then it is so slight that it can hardly been seen. Cedar top, Koa back and sides, and a “C” profile Mahogany neck.
The Koa peghead overlay features a M.O.P logo towards the top. Schaller tuners with wooden buttons. The Ebony fingerboard has small mop dot inlays, and mop side dot position markers. The “C” profile Mahogany neck is shaped nicely. Rosewood heelcap
The Cedar top is in great shape with no wear to mention. Beautiful wooden marquetry sound hole rosette. This same wooden marquetry is used for the purfling before the Rosewood binding on the top edge of the Cedar top. Ebony bridge. The Koa back and sides are in fantastic shape.
This 2021 Kamaka could easily be mistaken for a new instrument. Great tone and setup. Comes with the original hard case.
