Description
8″ head • 14″ scale length
Here we have a fun little banjo ukulele of unknown manufacture, probably from the 1920’s based on it’s construction. All original hardware. The peg head is equipped with friction tuners. The peg head and neck are a very striking flamed Maple with a Rosewood finger board. The f.b. has pearl dot position markers on its face. Wooden nut and movable bridge. Original tailpiece. Steel hoop with 12 hooks. The pot is Maple. The Maple resonator back is glued to the pot and has some small “f'” holes near the neck joint.
This ukulele has a nice sound and would make a fine addition to anyone’s collection of instruments as something a bit left of center.
