This Saga SS-10 banjo is a step up from the Rover banjo’s they also produce. Good option for a beginner or for a backup banjo that you can take camping or on the road.
The darkened peghead features some moon and stars MOP inlays in the center, with “Saga” inlaid above. Truss rod access above the nut. Nickel tuners with white buttons. Rosewood fingerboard has a star MOP inlay at the 5th fret, a diamond inlay at the 12th fret, and dot inlays in various other positions. Mahogany neck. No-knot tailpiece. Comes with a gig bag.
We set up each of these banjos when they come in to have the best possible tone and playability.
