This 1966 Gibson B-25 has some slight signs of player wear and a couple areas of finish checking, but it does not have any other issues. Nice tone and playability. The neck is perfect for someone looking for a narrower neck.
Most of the parts are all original: The tuners; the nut; the frets; inlays; pickguard; bridge; saddle; lacquer; endpin; binding; truss-rod cover.
This fine old Gibson B-25 was formerly owned by a woman who worked backstage at the Grand “Ol Opry as a technical manager
The peghead front features the “Gibson” decal towards the top, and a black truss rod cover before the nut. Original Kluson Deluxe tuners with cream buttons. The “C” profile Mahogany neck is in great shape The Ebony fingerboard has pearloid dot inlays and cream side dot position markers.
The Cherry sunburst Spruce top has some signs of player wear, general dings and scratches, and one area of finish checking at the bass side of the upper bout, but it does not have any cracks or crack repairs. Large tortoise pickguard, Ebony bridge with a screw-in Rosewood saddle and white plastic bridge pins. Cream binding on the top edge of the Spruce top. The Mahogany back and sides show similar wear to the top having dings and scratches, but no cracks or crack repairs. Cream binding on the Mahogany back.
This 1966 Gibson B-25 is a nice sounding flat top acoustic. Low action.
Comes with original beat hard case (The lid’s hinges are missing their pins).
