Refund & Approval Policy
We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because musical instruments are highly personal, we offer a 3-day approval period on shipped items.
Approval Period
Customers have 3 calendar days from the date the shipment is delivered to inspect and evaluate the instrument or item.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
- The customer must notify us within the 3-day approval period.
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- The customer is responsible for safe return shipping and insurance unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable Costs
Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any payment processing fees may be non-refundable. Additionally, any part or instrument that has required additional labor, time, and money may not be eligible for return and if it is deemed so the money put in at your request may not be refundable. .
Damaged or Misrepresented Items
If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions and authorization.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
