This 2002 Larrivee’ JV-10 is a great sounding guitar. Made of choice Indian Rosewood back and sides, Select Sitka Spruce top, and Mahogany neck. Ebony bound fingerboard, Ebony bridge.
The Rosewood body is highlighted with rosewood edge bindings on top and back that are accentuated with multiple white lines of purflings along the sides and abalone purflings along top edge.
These abalone purflings are seen all around the inside of the top edge and also around the soundhole rosette. Ivoroid heelcap. Ebony peghead overlay with Larrivee’ logo pearl inlay across the middle, and elaborate Wreath design abalone inlays in peghead. These beautiful Wreath motif inlays are repeated along the fingerboard. The Ebony bridge has an intonated saddle and Ebony pins, and also has wreath inlays at each end of the bridge. Nickel Schaller closed-back tuners.

Check the Photos:
One long repaired crack from the bridge down to the binding, straight down from High E endpin. This crack can be seen because of finish line showing it; it was repaired very well and is not a problem. One other repaired crack is in the Rosewood back, just off center seam of back. This crack is about 5″ long and is flush and stable.

There are no other problems with this fine instrument. The sound is huge and smooth and the set-up is great.

Comes with the original hard case.
