This 2017 Ibanez hollowbody is in good playing shape. We were told it hung without being played for several years but when hooked up to an amp everything was in working order with good tone.
The peghead has the Ibanez logo inlaid at the top with a flourish of inlay in the center, bound with multiple binding. The back of the peghead houses unbranded nickel tuners.
Bound Rosewood fingerboard w/ iridescent acrylic block inlay and 22 medium size frets. The fretboard has hardly any player wear to mention but there is a small ding where someone likely dropped the guitar on the 6th fret. The frets themselves are still in great shape. From the top of the peghead to the bottom of the neck there is almost no wear to mention apart from some hairline finish cracks that are hard to notice at first glance.
Mahogany set in neck that is U shaped, single bound with cream colored binding. Maple top back and sides with mint blue finish. Top and back are both multiple bound. Two f holes single bound. Plastic tortoiseshell pickguard with minor player wear. Two strap buttons, one at the base of the tailpiece and one at the base of the neck. Back of guitar directly below the neck has screw hole where the strap button originally was.
Features a Gibraltar Performer bridge and Quik Change III tailpiece. Volume and Tone controls are all in great shape, as well as the three-way switch. Humbucking pickups use ceramic magnets to produce a warm, expressive tone with enhanced clearness. A 3-way selector switch provides access to neck pickup, bridge pickup or both, enabling a variety of tone playability.
