This Bad Cat Vintage standard is a copy of a Les Paul style guitar. It is reminiscent of the Epiphone Les Paul, which is the lower end version of the Les Paul made by Gibson.
The Ebony peghead overlay features an abalone cat inlay in the center, with “Bad Cat” inlaid above it. Truss rod cover above the nut. Nickel tuners with greenish tulip buttons. “C” profile Mahogany neck is in great shape with no dings or scratches to mention. Fingerboard features parallelogram-style pearloid inlays, and black side dot position markers on the bass side of the antiqued binding.
Honeyburst Maple top is in great shape with only a small amount of light scratching from a pick where the pickguard would typically be. Mahogany back and sides are in great shape with no wear to mention. The pickguard is missing from this guitar, so it still has two screws where the pickguard would be.
This Bad Cat Les Paul copy is a nice affordable alternative to the Gibson Les Paul. Comes with the original hard case.
