Spruce top hand-painted by the builder’s wife Nancy. Mahogany back, sides, and neck. Stained Mahogany fingerboard. Koa peghead veneer. Abalone inlay at end joint. Tortoise binding on top and back. Colorful wooden marquetry strip in center of back. Friction tuners with cream buttons.
This instrument is one we talked the maker into leaving at our store. Constructed nicely of Mahogany and Spruce, it sounds great. The hand-painted artwork on the top gives it a festive appeal.
Comes with Fishman Kula Pickup System installed. Case is a very good semi-rigid reinforced padded case with backpack straps and extra pockets.
