This Seagull Artist Studio CW DeLuxe II guitar is quite nice. In fact, I’ve not seen a Seagull guitar this nice before.
The Godin G2T on-board pickup system is real good and has wonderful control panel, easy battery access, built-in tuner and battery check.
The snakehead peghead features a Rosewood peghead overlay with a Seagull inlayed at the top and “artist” written in cursive in the center. Peghead is bound with white binding and has Gold tuners branded “Seagull” with tan buttons. The Ebony fingerboard has small Pearl dot inlays, and the 12th fret has a pearl Seagull inlay. The Ebony bridge has a brown saddle and white bridge pins with black dots. The Mahogany neck is in really good shape.
The Spruce top features a herringbone soundhole rosette and herringbone purfling just inside the white binding on the top edge. The Rosewood back and sides are in really nice shape. Gold strap button installed. The two-piece Rosewood back is separated by a herringbone stringer down the center and the back is bound with white binding. The herringbone stringer continues down the butt of the guitar and beside it is a slot to change out your 9V battery for the pickup.
This Seagull Acoustic Electric is a really nice sounding and very clean guitar. Comes with a semi hard case.
