This 2018 Prucha F-5 mandolin is in like new condition. Beautiful fine grade European Spruce top with handsome brown-amber sunburst finish. Figured Maple back, sides, and neck. This mandolin is fully bound with grained ivoroid bindings. Ebony peghead veneer with JPrucha logo abalone inlay at top and abalone Fern inlay in center. Truss rod access with cover near nut. The radiused Gabon Ebony fingerboard has large abalone block inlays. There is no fretwear. There is actually no wear of any kind on this instrument.
Wonderfully designed silver James tailpiece. Schaller “GrandTune” tuners with pearloid buttons. Ebony two-piece adjustable bridge. Ebony endpin.
This mandolin has excellent tone, with nice sparkle and deep body.
Comes with hard case.
