SN: M2301033 / Torrefied Tone Woods

Made with Torrefied Adirondack Red Spruce top with Torrefied Eupean Maple back, sides and neck.
This is an extremely well cared-for mandolin from Bourgeois. Made in the Eastman facility in Beijing, China, with traditional methods and stylings. Highly figured flamed Maple back, sides and neck. The Spruce top is loaded with interesting grain and medullary rays. The color is a perfect amber-blonde.
The entire instrument is bound with multiple white bindings with black/white accent purflings along the faces as well as the sides!

The peghead is tastefully appointed, with Ebony veneer on face and blackened back with bee stinger. The Maple neck is 2-pc, with the back of neck showing an Ebony stringer along the center of the back. Pearl Bourgeois logo inlaid at top. Truss rod access and cover lower, just above the nut. The radiused Ebony fingerboard has small pearl dot inlays. Appears to be a bone nut.

The Spruce top has two f-holes. Ebony Loar style adjustable 2-pc bridge. James tailpiece with Bourgeois logo engraved into the cover. Ebony endpin. No strap button installed.

This is a very fine condition mandolin that is very close to being brand new condition! The set-up is good and it has a hearty voice with good projection.

Comes with original Hard Case.
