This 1964 Gibson Hummingbird is all original with all aspects intact.  The Ebony peghead overlay has the Gibson crown inlaid in the center and the Gibson logo inlaid at the top.  Original Kluson Deluxe gold close-backed tuners with original tulip buttons.  Truss rod access before the bone nut.  The Rosewood fingerboard has parallelogram inlays with black side dot position markers on the base side of the fingerboard binding.  Very comfortable, slender Mahogany neck.  Rosewood bridge with black plastic pins and plastic saddle.  The original artistic hummingbird pick guard is fully intact.  Soundhole rosette is made up of two concentric circles of cream and black alternating lines.  The purfling is made up of seven cream and black alternating lines before the cream binding.  The same purfling can be found on the Mahogany back before the cream binding.  Original gold end pin.

The Spruce top has a good amount of stray dings and scratches, but no structural damage.  The Mahogany neck has a small amount of dings and scratches.  The back and sides, much like the top and neck, have stray dings and scratches.  One crack on the right side of the fingerboard by the sound hole.  This is very common with the 60s Gibsons.

This is a very cool old Gibson Hummingbird.  It has wonderful tone and a comfortable neck if you’re looking for a narrower option.  Comes with the original hard case.
