“Made in U.S.A.” Stamped in Neck Heel
6.9 lbs Weight
This 1990 Fender “I Series” strat has good artistic appeal. Maple neck with Rosewood slab board fingerboard. The serial number is in the peghead decals while the “Made in U.S.A.” is stamped into the neck heel. *Fender only did this for one year.
This one has a very attractive Red finish. It is a little “calmer” than Fiesta Red… but we can’t find what the name of the color is.
The pickguard is between beige and mauve and has a black layer between the outer layers. It is a perfect color complement to the body.
Almost no fret wear on the original frets. Nickel hardware. Five-way p/u selector switch. It has the usual Strat configuration: Three p/u’s; One volume and two tone pots; Output jack is on the body face below the tone pots. Stock tremolo bridge/tailpiece.
Comes with its original hard case.
