This 1999 Rafael de Cordoba 1A Ria is in fantastic shape and it sounds very nice. There hardly any sign this guitar was owned or played. It was stored in the case for 20+ years.
The Rosewood peghead overlay does not have any decal or engraving. Brass engraved three-on-a-plate tuners with pearloid buttons. Bone nut. The “D” profile Cedar neck is in great shape. Ebony fingerboard does not have any inlays or side dot position markers. Rosewood heelcap.
Spruce top is in great shape. Rosewood bridge with bone saddle. Elaborate soundhole rosette. Four lines of purfling before the Rosewood binding on the top edge. Rosewood back and sides are also in great shape.
This 1999 Rafael de Cordoba is a wonderful sounding classical that is in great shape. Comes with a hard case.
