Description

SN# 3  •  1-3/4″ width at zero fret
26.25″ scale length  •   Exc(-) condition

Made in The Netherlands by Leo Eimers.  Bird’s-eye figured Maple back and sides, flamed three-pc Maple neck with two Rosewood stringers in center.
Slotted headstock, with Ebony veneer having Leo Eimers logo at top and “Stochelo Rosenberg” model name in center. Bone nut and “zero” fret.  Ebony fingerboard has no inlays, but has treble extension of three extra frets.  Ebony heelcap.   “Selmer” style soundhole with rosette of many thin black concentric circles.  Intonated Ebony three-pc bridge, with center section able to reposition for closer intonation.  Beautiful engraved brass tailpiece with Ebony insert.  Engraved “SR” tuning machines.

Rounded cutaway body, with Rosewood multiple bindings.  Multiple thin wooden purflings inside bindings on top and back.  Pickup professionally installed.   Small clear plastic pickguard.
The finish shows checking all around the body.  This finish checking isn’t terrible… in fact, you don’t notice it with a casual glance.  The Bird’s-eye figure is outstanding, and is accented with an overall “warming up” of the finish.  The finish color is reminiscent of honey shades.  I am not sure of species of Spruce top, but I can assure you it is of the finest grade!

Comes with original hard case.
