This Ibanez Hollowbody “AG 75 G” reminds you of a Gibson ES-225 or ES-330, in that it is a carved top and back guitar with a true hollow body. The tone is great!
The entire guitar is bound with a cream binding at the edges. The peghead has further enhanced binding with a multiple wh/blk/wh purflings inside the main binding. The fingerboard has single line of the cream binding, but the body shows the same purflings as the peghead, all around the top and back edge.
The Headstock is black with Ibanez logo at top, a flourish in the center and very cool truss rod just above the nut. Appears to be a plastic nut. Beautiful straight grained Rosewood fingerboard with large block pearloid inlays. The frets show no wear. Back of the neck has a “C” profile profile.
Tortoise pickguard with wh/blk/wh layers below. Two humbucking p/u’s with cream surrounds. Cream heel cap. Cream binding in the f-holes. Tun-a-matic type adjustable bridge. Trapeze tailpiece.
All the hardware is nickel plated. Three-way switch with two Volume and two tone knobs below the selector switch. The sunburst is tobacco with yellow-orange burst.
Comes w/ OHC.
