This new ODE “UTE” Maple open-back banjo is a wonderful sounding instrument. This banjo features a simple paddle peghead with a 1937 Indian Head Nickle inlay. On the back is an “UTE boulder CO” brand and stamped serial number. The H&K nickel tuners have iridescent amber buttons, and all 5 tuners are matching. Truss rod access before the bone nut. Rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays and small side dot position markers on the bass side of the fingerboard. Last five frets on the bass side are beveled. The Maple neck is shaped nicely.

5/16″ multi-laminate pot with 24 hooks and nuts. All hardware: nuts shoes, tension hoop, and No Knot tailpiece are antiqued, giving the instrument a vintage feel. The banjo also comes with a Dotson bridge, a wooden handmade armrest, and a single wooden dowel stick.

These are fine banjos, they sound great and are built entirely by hand by the owner and founder of ODE and OME. Comes with a gig bag.
