This guitar makes great use of ebony/abalone accents. Unlike a standard D-07 model, this particular guitar has abalone dots inlaid in the fingerboard (standard is no fingerboard inlays). There are matching ebony w/abalone bridgepins and endpin. Abalone and Rosewood/Maple inlays around soundhole rosette. Gold Gotoh tuners with black buttons. Rosewood peghead overlay with Ayers logo inlaid. Bone nut and saddle. Strap button professionally installed in heel. K&K pickup professionally installed and functioning great. Adjustable truss rod.
This instrument represents a great value for a handmade, solid Rosewood guitar. With the pickup installed, it is ready for jams and stage alike. There are some minor signs of player wear such as light fretwear on the B string and a couple of tiny dings. The small whitish markings on the lower left of the back seen in the photo have transferred on and appear to be paint on the surface but are not scratches or dings. Otherwise the finish is in great condition. The only issue is one repaired professionally repaired crack from bridge to binding on the top.
This guitar makes excellent use of the traditional combination of Rosewood and Spruce to provide that tried and true warm Rosewood dreadnaut sound. Action is good and low.
Comes with original good-quality arched hardshell case.
