Exc. Condition. Serial number: 77450. Pot size 10 15/16″. Nickel hardware, including 28 hooks and nuts.
Maple banjo. Rim bound inside and out with tortoise. Dowel stick and all original hardware intact except new no-knot tailpiece installed. Excellent reproduction neck by noted Missoula luthier John Joyner. Neck is made from Birdseye Maple with Ebony stringer. Four main Waverly two-band tuners with Schaller 5th, all with ivoroid buttons. Railroad spikes installed for capo’ing at the A and B positions. Ebony fingerboard with traditional Vega inlays. Heelcap shows multiple laminations.
