This Martin Grand Ole Opry guitar has a Sitka spruce top, Indian Rosewood back and sides, and a Mahogany neck. The undyed Ebony peghead overlay has the “Martin & Co.” decal at the top, and a very elaborate microphone abalone inlay vertically spanning the peghead. Nickel “Martin & Co.” open back tuners with Nickel buttons. Black plastic nut. The Micarta fingerboard has “WSM GRAND OLE OPRY” inlayed in red pearloid almost the entire length of the fingerboard, and the second to last fret has “1925-2000” inlayed in red pearloid. Black side dot position markers on the bass side of the fingerboard. The mahogany neck is a very nice shallow “C” profile with a slightly wider 1-3/4″ width at nut, making this a nice comfortable fit in the hand. Ivoroid heelcap. The Ebony bridge has a black plastic saddle, and white plastic bridge pins with red pearloid dots.

The Sitka Spruce top is in great shape with no cracks and no dings or scratches. There is a tortoise pickguard and abalone soundhole rosette. Herringbone purfling and Ivoroid binding around the top edge. The Rosewood back and sides are in the same great condition as the Mahogany neck and the Sitka Spruce top, having very minimal dings or scratches. “Zipper” backstrip. Two white and black lines of purfling in the Ivoroid binding on the Rosewood back. Ivoroid endwedge and a white plastic endpin with a black dot.

This Martin Grand Ole Opry is in great condition with elaborate appointments throughout the entirety of this dreadnaught. Comes with the original Martin hard case.
