This Gibson Songwriter Deluxe has some signs of player wear and a center seam crack repair, but it is in overall good playing shape. Electronics work as intended.
The peghead overlay features a pearloid crown inlay in the center and “Gibson” inlaid above it. The black truss rod cover has a cartoon duck and two gold screws. Gold Grover tuners. Bone nut. The shallow “C” profile neck is in great shape. Ebony fingerboard with pearl parallelogram inlays, and white side dot position markers.
The Spruce top has some light signs of player wear and a center seam crack repair, but it is in overall good shape. Abalone soundhole rosette, tortoise pickguard, Ebony bridge with one mismatched pin, and white binding. The Indian Rosewood back and sides have some spread out dings and scratches from player wear, but no other issues like cracks or crack repairs. Pickup control on the bass side of the Rosewood sides.
This 2006 Songwriter Deluxe is in good playing shape with everything functioning as it should. Comes with the original hard case.
