1-23/32″ width at nut
This 2010 Roy Noble Mahogany dreadnought is a great sounding instrument. It has a shallow “D” profile neck which paired with the 1-23/32″ nut width makes this a very fast flatpicking guitar.
The Rosewood peghead overlay has the Roy Noble signature diagonal Maple line inlay, and a Maple truss cover with “Noble” written down the center. Bone nut. Nickel Waverly tuners with ivoroid buttons. The Mahogany neck does not have any wear to mention. Ebony fingerboard does not have any inlays, but it does have black side dot position markers on the bass side of the Maple fingerboard binding. Maple binding.
The Spruce top is still very white, which means this guitar hasn’t been exposed to any sunlight. Besides a fairly noticeable ding below the sound hole, this top is in nice shape. Ebony bridge with bone bridge pins and saddle. Herringbone sound hole rosette, and herringbone purfling before the Maple binding on the top edge. The Mahogany back and sides are in great shape with hardly any sign this guitar has been played. Maple end wedge with bone end pin installed.
This 2010 Roy Noble Mahogany dreadnought is comparable to any other Roy Noble Mahogany guitar that comes in. They are all fantastic. Comes with a hard case.
